Matrix Document Imaging, Inc. ("we", "our", "us") operates the Matrix CompCalc mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Store

When you create an account, the following information is stored on our servers solely to provide the App's functionality:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, firm name, and user role (applicant/defendant side)
• Authentication identifiers: Apple ID and Google ID (if you choose to sign in with these providers)
• App data: PD (Permanent Disability) ratings, AMA Guides calculations, and color/configuration preferences
• Device name: used to identify your session

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Provide account authentication and session management
• Sync your app data (ratings, configurations) across your devices
• Send verification codes via email or SMS during registration or account changes

We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data remains on our servers and is not transmitted to any external services except:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): our servers and email delivery infrastructure
• Apple / Google: only during the sign-in authentication process (we receive only your name and email from these providers)
• SMS provider: your phone number is shared solely to deliver verification codes

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and token-based authentication to protect your data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the App's Account screen. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers, including your profile, ratings, configurations, and sessions.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your stored data (visible in the App's Account screen)
• Correct your data (editable in the App's Account screen)
• Delete your data (via the Delete Account function in the App)

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
